1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Obelisk (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The Service
Obelisk provides passkey-first identity, single sign-on (OpenID Connect), security receipts, a security Rating, organizations, and a per-project profile layer. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may be self-hostable in part or whole as documented.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for the devices and authenticators bound to your account and for activity under it. Obelisk is passkey-first; safeguard your passkeys and recovery codes. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at security@obeliskgate.com.
4. Organizations
Organization owners control membership, roles, and any website scans they run, and are responsible for their lawful use of those features and for their members' conduct.
5. Fees
Where the Service or a tier is offered free or self-hostable, it is provided as described. Paid tiers, if introduced, will be governed by the terms presented at purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Obelisk, the Obelisk mark and Halo, the Warden, and all related software and content are owned by VaultSpark Studios and protected by intellectual-property laws. See IP & Trademarks. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect or prevent every security threat. Security is a shared responsibility.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultSpark Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold VaultSpark Studios harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VaultSpark Studios's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: legal@obeliskgate.com.
